The Customized Skin Treatment is always a great place to start! If correction is your goal (hyperpigmentation, acne) the NoPeel Peel or Sensi Peel is appropriate as well. We'll discuss further treatment plans after our initial session.

Please avoid exfoliating such as , scrubs, AHA's/BHAS (acids), retinol, etc. NO PICKING at your face!

Immediately after you'll notice a post session glow! Please avoid makeup over the next 24 hours to allow skin/pores to breathe. Do not exfoliate, mask, or touch your face! The days following you may notice 'purging'. Purging is completely normal after deep exfoliation as impurities are being brought to the surface. Continue cleansing AM & PM and breakouts will minimize over the next few days.

Post Chemical Peel for the first 48 hours; stay as cool as possible; overheating internally can cause hyperpigmentation. Do not apply makeup  to allow skin to stabilize and rest overnight. Skin may feel 'tight' reapply ReBalance and/or Silkcoat Balm. No acids should be applied for 5-7 days. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat. DO NOT PICK OR PULL ON ANY LOOSENING/PEELING SKIN, this could potentially cause hyperpigmentation. Full aftercare instructions are provided after session. 

The post procedure kit is designed to minimize side effects and maximize optimal results. The kit provides professional grade products with a percentage of active ingredients that cannot be bought OTC at stores such as Sephora/Ulta. PCA SKIN professional treatments (peels) and daily care products are formulated with the same philosophy and many same ingredients. This is why it is best to heal skin with professional grade ingredients to maintain results while skin is essentially exposed from chemical peel to penetrate the skin at a deeper level. Clients can resume regular regimen 5-7 days post procedure although is it best to purchase professional products for optimized and faster results. 

It depends on your skin type/concern. However, typically acne clients - 2weeks. Hyperpigmentation/aging skin- 3 weeks. Normal/maintenance/sensitive-4 weeks. Skin cells regenerate every 28 days. Facials are like workouts for your skin, over time your skin becomes more resilient. Each professional treatment drives different results.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to the providers and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
